The Steel 2 mailbox is an in front / out front mailbox in a horizontal alignment that combines an affordable pricing with high quality zintec steel material. This horizontally aligned mailbox is ideal for locations where there is a limited space available and multiple mailboxes must be housed.
The mailbox is suitable for wall mounting, wall recessing or freestanding and can be configured in a variety of banking formats to meet most site conditions.
The Steel 2 mailbox is finished using polyester powder coated paint that has been sample tested to 1,200 hours salt-water spray, ensuring that the Steel 2 can be used both internally and externally (externally with additional weather shielding). Colour finishes are chosen from our standard RAL colour range, with custom colours available at an additional cost.
Vinyl lettering / numbering and permanent engraving available.

I’m concerned about crime in our area, are there any additional security features available?
Yes. We supply gap restrictors for the Steel 2 mailbox that reduces the height of the aperture opening to only 10mm. Adding a gap restrictor is particularly useful in “at-risk” areas of crime where mail theft may occur.
Can this mailbox be engraved?
Yes. All mailboxes in the Safety Letterbox range can be engraved with customised characters.
